A large towel is required to place over your mat during class. You can rent one at the studio for IDR 15,000, or bring your own from home.
Please bring a bath towel for showering after class. Rental also available at the studio for IDR 15,000.
Grip socks are optional — barefoot is perfectly fine.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to get settled in comfortably.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before class. Requests after this window will result in an automatic session deduction.
Late arrivals are accepted up to 15 minutes after class starts. Beyond that, the session will be marked as used.
Classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If this is not met 3 hours before class, your session will be rescheduled and your credit fully refunded.
